Top Quality Vinyl or Wood Sided Amish Built Sheds
Our Amish builders in Lancaster, PA, handcraft all our pre- and custom-made sheds. They can be custom designed (you choose where you want your windows, doors, and so on at no charge) or you can pick one off our lot. We offer vinyl buildings (13 standard colors) that comply with most HOA’s and wood-sided buildings with 23 colors to choose from and are built to last 30 years or more. Our standards are the other guys’ options and in some cases are not even available like our standard ¾” “shed Floor”. Our pre- and custom-made shed floors contain an LP wood product that resists rot, fungal decay, termites, and bugs. We put an EXCLUSIVE 30-YEAR FULL WARRANTY on all our buildings. The flooring has a 50-year warranty!
All our Amish sheds include the following standards:
- 30-year dimensional shingles with felt paper (12 standard colors or custom to your home are available)
- Dutch lap vinyl siding (13 standard colors or we custom match to your home) or LP Smart Panel siding in 23 color choices
- Walls, ceilings and floors 16” on center and 8” on center.
- Any shed or building with the optional garage door gets 8” on center pressure treated floor joists at no charge
- All wall studs and ceiling rafters are real 2X4’s
- All wall and ceiling sheathing is the LP Tech-shield radiant barrier (reduction of inside temp by 20% in the summer)
- Ridge vents
- LP shed floor is ¾” and resists rot, fungal decay, termites and bugs
- All floor joists are pressure treated 2X4’s
- Pressure treated 4X4 skids
- Double fiberglass or wood doors with metal tread plates and locks
- Up to two windows are standard (8X10 or bigger)
- Vinyl shutters or wood shutters
- 2 end vents
